This ensures that no important details are lost and that everything is accurately documented.
Addition of notes and elements: After the consultation, you can add extra notes, observations or other elements that may not have been captured during the recording. This can include specific medical assessments, reminders or any other relevant information that is important for a complete record keeping.
Generation of journal notes: With all the necessary information gathered and transcribed, the system uses advanced AI technology to generate a complete journal note. This note includes all the details from the consultation, as well as any additional notes you've added.

The journal entry is then displayed on screen in a user-friendly text editor. This editor gives you the opportunity to review and possibly edit the note before simply copying it out and pasting it into your subject system. Every time a word is recorded, it is immediately processed and prepared for the next step in the documentation process. With data stored in Norwegian data centers, we ensure that all information is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations and maintains the highest security standards.

How Does Transcription Become Documentation?

Once the pre-information is collected and the transcription is ready, the information is sent encrypted via API to an advanced AI service. Our system, trained on medical documentation, generates a complete journal note with all the details from the consultation. The document is available in an easy-to-use text editor for review and editing, before being easily copied into your medical system, saving time and ensuring seamless integration.

Where is data stored?

As long as you don't use our data storage module, your data is only stored in your browser as long as the window is open. When you close the window, all data is gone.

Do you have servers in Norway?
