Privacy and security

At Medivox, we prioritize the protection of your data and privacy. We know how important this is to you, which is why we have developed our service with a focus on ensuring that your information is always safe and well looked after.

Does not store data

We do not store any data you process through us. After you have copied the journal note and closed the browser, everything is deleted. This means that no sensitive information remains in the system or on our platform. This is an important part of our system and a conscious design decision. We believe that storing generated journal notes would have posed an unnecessary risk to both our customers and their patients.

Encrypted transmission

All data is transferred encrypted so that no unauthorized person can gain access. The information used to create the journal note is also pseudonymized before it is processed.

Transparency about data processing

We pride ourselves on our open approach. You have full control over your data and can delete notes whenever you want. We don't use the data you process with us to train our models.

No data sharing or selling

Your data is never used for anything other than providing the service you request. When you are done using Medivox, you can rest assured that all information has been processed and deleted in a secure manner. Medivox does not sell user data.

Commitment to security and privacy

Security is one of our highest priorities. We use advanced encryption protocols and pseudonymization techniques. Together with our legal and technology experts, we continuously work to improve our security practices and ensure that they follow the strictest standards.

Compliance with legal requirements

We collaborate with lawyer Jan Sandtrø to ensure that we comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR. Jan has helped Medivox AS with privacy impact analysis, drafting of terms of use and data processing agreement. This is done so that you can feel confident that we follow applicable laws and regulations when you use Medivox.
