Medivox chosen by Helse Vest - specially trained AI for Norwegian healthcare

Sandefjord, June 2025: Medivox is proud to announce that we are one of four suppliers selected by Helse Vest in the national pilot project "Speech to summary".

The goal of the project is clear: To make journal writing faster, safer and more accurate - using artificial intelligence developed specifically for Norwegian clinical conditions.

Specially trained language models for clinical Norwegian: We use open, locally operated language models that are fine-tuned to medical terminology and Norwegian consultations.
Custom transcription engine based on Whisper: Our version is optimized for health and can automatically distinguish between speakers - a crucial feature in patient conversations.
Zero data export: All processing takes place in Norway, and patient data is pseudonymized before further processing. No data leaves Norwegian security zones.
No installation required: The solution works directly in the browser, providing a minimal technical threshold and quick implementation.

A pilot project with national significance
