This can be done by clicking on the blue \"History\" button. Here you can copy information from the EHR system that may be relevant to the consultation. Start the transcription<\/h4>\n<p>When you're ready to begin, click the green \"Listen to the consultation\" button and then \"Start\". This will start the transcription of the consultation.  MediVox will automatically transcribe what is being said.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Add endnotes<\/h4>\n<p>After the consultation is complete, you can enter any final notes. Click on the yellow \"Add end notes\" button. Here you can add additional comments or summaries that are important for the patient's record. You can also add relevant blood samples, procedure descriptions or anything else.<\/p>\n<h4>5. Generate the journal note<\/h4>\n<p>Once you are happy with the transcription and any additions, you can generate the final journal note. Click on the blue \"Generate journal note\" button to get a finished document. When you click \"Generate journal note\", the microphone recording will automatically stop and the transcription will end.<\/p>\n<p>If you are not satisfied with the draft journal note, you can go back and change information, for example in the yellow video, or simply try to generate again.<\/p>\n<h4>6. End the session<\/h4>\n<p>When you have copied over all the information you want to use, close the window.
