At Medivox, your data and privacy come first. We have developed our service with robust security measures to ensure that your information remains safe, secure and treated with the utmost care.

Encrypted transmission

All data is transferred encrypted so that no unauthorized person can gain access. The information used to create the journal note is also pseudonymized before it is processed.

Transparency about data processing

We pride ourselves on our open approach. You have full control over your data and can delete notes whenever you want. We don't use the data you process with us to train our models.

No data sharing or selling

Your data is never used for anything other than providing the service you request. When you are done using Medivox, you can rest assured that all information has been processed and deleted in a secure manner. Medivox does not sell user data.

Compliance with legal requirements

We collaborate with lawyer Jan Sandtrø to ensure that we comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR. Jan has helped Medivox AS with privacy impact analysis, drafting of terms of use and data processing agreement. This is done so that you can feel confident that we follow applicable laws and regulations when you use Medivox.
